2. Remove both brushes from the Roomba. Then, remove any hair, dirt and debris that has accumulated in the hex and square pegs at the brush ends.
3. After cleaning the ends of the brushes, remove the brush bearings and clean them thoroughly. Also, clean the green shaft of both brushes.
4. After cleaning, reinstall the bearings and the brushes, putting them back in the right place. Press on the release tab gently to lock the brushes into place.
